thing is i heard somewhere that they charge the house for dialing 911 for getting the cops there, ambulance and what-not hahaha.

Why would I want to do anything to the body? I would just want it removed from the street before it starts rotting and attracts all sorts of birds. I don't want bird shit all over my car and house.

But that wasn't the case.
This person was already dead and there was no way in reviving him. It's common sense and it's blatantly obvious everyone here lacks it.
