fascinated with asphyxiation

Hi there, this is my first post, long time reader. I wanted to talk about a topic here that i know this forum is more open to then any other forum I have found. I have been into auto erotic asphixiation for over 10 years, which I see is very unusual for the field as most people either die or stop doing it. I have always been very careful that is why i am still here. So I am totally addicted to the thrill of anoxia, much more then most.

I recently have come across really hard times as of late. Lost a child when my fiance left me with my best friend of 15 years. Lost my dignity and job as well. But these reasons alone are not what drives me, just maybe they helped me to focus more on what i liek which is AeA and do more and more extreme manuvers. Now I am at the point that I want the ultimate sex thrill, I normally always use a plastic bag for asphyxiation and take it off before i pass out or lose control. I now have a strong urge to leave it on and see just how high of a feeling you can achieve right before death.

Now with most people they don't liek the way they go or need help going through with the method to commit suicide. For me that is not a problem, I deeply love the method and would enjoy taking this route. All that goes through my head is how my ex says she would love to read that i killed myself doing this and in a way it's almost a turn on to do it. what should someone in my position do, go with my urge or just keep trying to stop and bear through life?

You seem to know what your doing, and if so, it may be a great thrill. But would you really want the WHOLE world knowing that you died doing something (seen in normal society) that is completely idiotic? I understand wanting the last thrill before you die, but do you want your ex to be proven correct? and let her have the satisfaction of knowing that you died in the way she thought you would?

Don't give up fighting for such an easy way out, i don't know how old you are, but you never know what may happen within the next 10 or 20 years. You only get one chance at life (depending on your religious beliefs) so why not make the best of it, and persevere and prove everyone wrong. Prove that you can be better then what everyone thought and enjoy your life, don't destroy it.

I'd suggest you don't do it, but then the problem with addictive behaviours of this kind (I don't know, I assume this is a serotonin/dopamine related addiction) in most incarnations is that they by nature demand more and more, a higher thrill, and given that the body becomes more and more used to the stimulus, also requires a higher dose every time. So even if you weren't to actively want to commit suicide in this way, if you continue doing it without being able to curb your fascination with it onto something else, from what I have read it is almost inevitably going to end the same way anyway.

Since I'm hardly a sick individual and don't actively encourage it like others might, but I'm not the moralising type either, the best I can hope is that you find something worthwhile to live for and find other ways of amusing yourself.
