it's bullshit. epileptics don't bite down that hard because when they have a seizure you are supposed to put a finger in their mouth to prevent them from biting their tongue. my girlfriend is epileptic and I had to put my finger in her mouth and trust me the biting was very gentle, so gentle you can hold the mouth open and your finger won't get hurt. this story is bullshit.
