Don't get me wrong, he's a good guy, he came up with the goods more than once.

My gran fell into a fire during WWII all of her face was burnt.
She had skin grafts but she was never the same.I had pic's of her when she went dancing as a young lady with my grandad,she was stunning,Looked like a queen...You know the way some women look regal and elegant all the time. Some of those pics remind me of her,I know how sad and angry she was that the doctors couldn't have done more.She wasn't a superficial person at all but she deeply regretted that they couldnt have done more for her eyes because she couldnt shut them anymore and they cried all the time.Even when she slept.
