Vagina Torn Apart by Fountain

Water fountain shows have always been a big draw for people. Whether you are taking a moment to enjoy the world famous Bellagio fountain show or the smaller, but still amazing, Tianyi Sqaure show in Ningbo, China, you are likely to enjoy the overall experience.(blah blah blah)

Yang, a 19 year-old college student, had a very different experience.

In August of 2007, Yang was at a local center square in the Henan Province of China. She went with some friends to enjoy the day and see the musical water fountain show.

Yang and her friends were playing in the water fountain area and enjoying the light burst of water that would spray them. All of a sudden, while Yang was struck by a powerful burst of water that threw her into the air.

After the fall, Yang experienced extreme stomach pains and was bleeding badly. She was immediately taken to the hospital to undergo medical care.

The doctor said that the fountains water pressure had torn her vagina and damaged her intestines.

During the following 7 months, Yang received 3 surgeries to repair the damage, which left her some pretty bad scars.

Yang is suing the owners of the fountain for around $24,500 in damages.

I was in China few years ago and was brought by the locals to view those famous fountains. From far, they are spectacular but trust me, you dont wanna go near them at all.

Id sue then for way more than that. if its a public show and theres no barriers or signs saying not to enter, man i would sue them for millions.

There's also a certain element of personal responsibility though. Shouldn't she have assessed the danger of being in there in the first place? This is a fountain, where large amounts of water burst out with incredible force behind them. Sometimes the onus is on us to use our brains and actually think about things that could cause us injury, rather than going around suing people because of our own stupidity.

It's not like she slipped on an unsigned wet floor and broke her arm, or fell into a hole that wasn't barricaded. She did something stupid, she got hurt.
It's all fun and games till someone loses and eye.

now thats what i called a major vagina prolapse

i think they thought they were in disneyland. where you have fountains that spring up.

i think the warning sign would be appropriate. unless they saw that the big burst of water actually came up before the girl went into it, then she is a dickhead.

Regardless of whether they saw it or not, it's still a dumbass thing to do. And what is this sign supposed to say.."Warning - Shots of water up your crack may cause serious vaginal injury"? Heh.
