Much like Mike Litoris I tend to split Social Religion and Ultimate Reality into two VERY different camps. Social Religion is really just a kind of humanism, it's all about what is good for humanity essentially, it makes humanity the ultimate worthy being in the universe. It is a human social meme and a hijacking of the concept of Truth for the sake of humanity, or whoever. It makes things very confusing ultimately for people who are immersed into this and will continue to do so in the future.
I personally adhere to what might be Christian ethics, but I call them Libertarian (not faux Libertarian - Capitalist, though). I'm interested in philosophical principles and truth in its purest form, none of this man-made stuff. Like Mike Litoris, I also belief in a supreme being, I call it the Monad, and its probably most like Hindu approaches to divinity, Rama and such. "Karma" means far more to me than "sin". Fuck anthropocentrism. |

I believe: In the center of the earth there's a great ball of fire, and all the rest is bullshit.
