I like how people are pretending to give a fuck about a dozen soldiers dying. (damn it for not making it a bakers dozen) but that same sense of empathy is noticeably absent in lieu of the thousands of soldiers who've been killed overseas.

I guess this hit a little too close to home. Then again, it was Texas.

i agree. i check the casualty updates in iraq and afghanistan daily to remind myself of the sacrifices people make everyday. the same libs who woudl just as soon condemn our soldiers overseas are now mourning them stateside.
