Ah, pictures of fat people shopping at Wal-Mart. Clearly this thread has nothing whatsoever to do with trolling Americans, Legne. I mean really, Europeans ridiculing Americans over something food-related? THAT'S UNHEARD OF.

So, Legne...I see that is a 'Yank' food section in some Euro market.
You're right, it's junk - but it doesn't truly represent what all American's buy or like to eat. Certainly you can find fat pigs at Walmart to lol at. I live in America and this is what my grocery store looks like... ![]()

That's what I'm saying. My grocery store looks similar, I should take some pictures at some point if I can locate my camera.
There's a lot of American junk food out there, but that's because, quite frankly, there's a lot of American everything out there. Most of Europe imports our movies, television shows, computer games and applications (Windows, anyone?), clothing, shoes, music, and so on and so forth. They clearly even import our junk food, of which there is quite a wide variety. I don't have a problem with a thread about American junk food and cheap products, but if you want to spin the thread with an "lol, Americans are fat and eat garbage" undercurrent, as though the pictured items represent our national cuisine, then I'm going to point out that there are plenty of high-quality food items available as well. This country is also packed full of fine restaurants, though again, there are also a lot of junk food chains.
