That is her job and she should take it seriously. She gave him a toxic/poisonous substance. Even the fumes are dangerous and it should be used to clean in a well ventilated area. Doesn't matter if he's a barfly or not. I wonder how this story will turn out and what kind of charges will be filed against her.

on a side note, Pine O Clean is just your average everyday disinfectant, teh guy must have been pretty damn drunk to drink it, there are laws here against serving alcohol to drunks, so the night club will most likely get into all sort of trouble, with any luck they will be closed down.
