There was actually someone who called the cops, who wasn't even at the scene ffs. Her brother came to her telling her of a rape and the sister was all I'm gonna be Jesus today. Can they honestly do anything to those who watched though? Or is that some threat falling on deaf ears type of thing. Half of them were probably shitting their pants while the other half were fapping like who the hell knows right

While onlookers probably won't be charged with rape, I think they can be charged as an accomplice for being with the rapists prior to the event, while it was happening, and possibly after. Whether a jury wants to buy it, that's another story. Also, they will probably be charged with intimidation type charges.
