illegals

Three smugglers barricaded themselves inside a drop house where police found 65 illegal immigrants in Peoria tonight.

The smugglers barricaded themselves in the attic of the house with an AK-47, when Peoria Police attempted to fill a search warrant for the house at 7:35 p.m. The police were able to safely take out 65 of the illegal immigrants at the house located on 69th Avenue and Ironwood.

However, they believe three or four female illegal immigrants may still be inside. Police are trying to determine which room the women are in. They believe the women are too scared to come out. Police have deployed a robot with a camera on it to look for the women.

The power has been cut to the house and gas has been deployed in an attempt to get to the smugglers. Special assignment and crisis management crews are at the scene

PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities found at least 80 suspected illegal immigrants in a house west of Phoenix and arrested two suspected smugglers, a police official said.

Authorities shot tear gas into the house Friday, forcing one of the suspected smugglers out. They found the other suspect hiding in the attic, Peoria police spokesman Mike Tellef said.

He said authorities became aware of the drop house after a Michigan resident called U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, saying one of their relatives had called because the smugglers were demanding more money.

ICE spokeswoman Virginia Kice did not confirm how the agency became aware of the drop house and declined to release further information.

None of the immigrants requested medical treatment, although some had said they hadn't eaten for at least a day, Tellef said.

"We're very fortunate that nobody got hurt," he said. "We're lucky that we're not running into 100-degree temperatures yet."

The one-story home is located in a middle-class neighborhood, he said.

The immigrants were in the custody of ICE.

Tellef said the drop house is the second the department has found this week. On Monday, he said 30 suspected illegal immigrants and four suspected smugglers were found in a Peoria home.

On Thursday in Phoenix, police found 60 suspected illegal immigrants packed in a home after responding to a call about shots being fired. No one was hurt, and the immigrants were turned over to ICE.

the family members who were contacted should be arrested for funding illegal alien activity

Driver randomly shot

http://www.azcentral.com/news/articl...ting09-ON.html

Phoenix motorist was randomly shot Saturday night, suffering life-threatening injuries and snarling westbound I-10 traffic though the downtown Deck Park Tunnel for hours.

The driver, 43-year-old Basim Sabbagh, was taken to an undisclosed area hospital, said Phoenix Police Sgt. Joel Tranter.

The shooter, who is still at large, apparently didn't target Sabbagh, Tranter said.

He (the shooter) was randomly shooting, that's the indication that we have," Tranter said. "There is no indication at all of road rage or any other altercation at this stage."

A witness described the shooter as a male in his 20s with a shaved head, Tranter said. He was driving a faded red Chevy S-10 pickup truck with temporary paper license plate. A passenger was riding in the car with the shooter, a witness told police.

The incident began about 9:45 p.m. on westbound Interstate 10 as the victim and his wife passed the 7th Street exit before entering the Deck Park Tunnel.

They heard a gun shot, drove through the tunnel and realized at the 7th Avenue exit that Sabbagh had been shot. He pulled his car over in the median, and his wife called for help.

Phoenix police diverted westbound traffic off I-10 to scour the area for evidence.

"Obviously it was a huge inconvenience for people," Tranter said. "Thousands of cars had to get off the freeway while investigators canvassed the area, but they found some key evidence on the freeway."

I've been gone for a couple of days and am falling a little behind.

This story, I'm posting, happens from time to time.

The families of these criminal-niggers get together and blame the police.

Tempe police arrested a man after he reportedly committed two hit-and-runs and then tried to hide in strangers' apartments.

After the two collisions, police said, Nicolas Pena, 31, abandoned his vehicle and ran into the Tamarak Apartments in the 1800 block of East Hayden Lane.

Pena pounded on numerous doors and walked into two apartments uninvited to avoid police, records reported. When residents made him leave, he hid in the parking lot.

Witnesses identified Pena and he was arrested in the 1800 block of East Hayden Lane, near University and McClintock drives, at 11:10 p.m. Monday
