I'll ask again. I know this is stressful.

Do you have another PC that has net access to? If no in your house what about a neighbors? I've had to do that one myself...
Before answering can you open & play a CD?? I found a possible workaround with tools I have pushed here before
Process Explorer is what we want installed (see above posts)

There is another PC in the house, but we are not networked (thank the gods) and I don't have a flash drive. The CD drive won't work.

I'm thinking but am stumped at the moment. I am not a pro by a long shot. If the Cd won't work the flash drive may not either but May be able to boot from it instead of the CD drive like you would by say doing a repair from the XP install disk as an example.

A note. If you have trouble say getting here or your other post you may have to type them in manually so you may want to write them down now. Yes, this infection can that

I think I kicked its ass!
I held down alt, ctrl and delete so the task manager would stay open. I shut down any process that had a ten digit number to it (a calling card of the virus that I learned about on google) and now I'm able to run my spyware and anti-virus software. Scanning now and so far no annoying pop ups.

Great. I saw that to & should have said something. Run Malwarebytes FIRST VERY IMPORTANT (skip the AVG for now). When it finds something it will tell you to reboot. Do so. THEN run it again & do what it tells you. Even if nothing is found reboot in safe mode & run Malwarebytes again.

You should try to find any stray folders it had & delete them too & empty your recycle bin

Really?!! Then you need to run that tool I 1st gave a link too & that fellow on bleeping told you about too to run. I would just work with them & I am following the progress. Keep them updated. If you seem to be responding quickly back to them on bleeping they may do the same with you.
Screw AVG crap for now please.

Yeah you did. I just replied back there.
Did rkill find anything? I've never worked with that tool before.
I personally would keep them updated back there also (or mainly)

Rkill never let me know that it found anything at all. The screen went completely black for a second and then everything on the desktop came back except for the wallpaper. The only other thing that disappeared was the little icon in the taskbar and the pop ups.

Thanks I didn't know what it looked like working.
You're still have many infections going by your log file. Might want to download highjackthis above. I'm sure they are going to ask you. Go ahead & install it in your "Program" folder. It should not be run in a temp folder. It will warn you if you do. Go ahead & install it & look around & get familiar with it. Just don't delete or remove anything. It's a good tool to have but very powerful too. Careful

My bad above. I didn't read the log all the way through. Your clean. I would still want them to look at your highjackthis log though. That key logger in not a strong one but still. You can never tell.
