40 goddamn seconds between searches?
First there was no wait. Hell yeah better than Ogrish.

Now what the fuck I can go open a secondary each time just to search faster.

The reason you noticed it is actually because you can actually carry out two searches within 40 seconds and not get white pages etc.
I upped it to 40 seconds when we were on the old server and I guess I forgot about it. 2 points tough 1.Maybe if people donated a little once in a while they would have every right to whine. 2. The standard setting is 30 seconds another 10 is hardly an eon is it? I will have a look at it when I get home. Please don't let this huge inconvenience spoil the free service that you take for granted.

My point was to make the powers-that-be to reconsider the cost / benefit formula regarding the matter.

I do think it is about time to get out the old checkbook.//

There are other reasons for having the limit though, it also helps protect the server from attack. If search had no limit and a few people sat clicking it over and over and it would soon kill it.
