It is ok I think we found what is the problem, but it is complicated as fuck (moving shit around the server etc.) so I'll leave it to RDS to sort later when there are less people online.

We have changed the type of server we are on and a lot of the stored data needs to be moved as it is using a lot of memory hopefully in a day or so it will get sorted.
