Alot of people who have done this sort of thing, have really rather enjoyed it. There is a limit to how long you can hang like this, but some meditated while doing this and came away with a great experience. But, not my kinda thing, I'd fear losing the skin off my back. Good photos Gogo.

In the first photo, there are 6 hooks. But only 4 are used. So were the other 2 really necessary?
