FORUM RULES & GUIDELINES

1. This site is for adults only. Minors (under 18 years of age) are forbidden.

2. Spamming & Flooding are prohibited.
-Spamming-
Threads/posts with no other intent but to advertise another site or product. Such threads/posts will be subject to deletion. If made repeatedly, the offender will be subject to an immediate ban. Links to your own site in signatures for promotional reasons are not allowed.
-Flooding-
Repetitive posting designed to disrupt or derail threads. Continual threads about the same topic would also be considered flooding.

3. The posting of bestiality images and videos are prohibited.

4. No posting of child pornography (indecent visual depictions of sexual activities involving children under the age of 18,) is allowed. If you post such material, your details can and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Mention of another member in a pedophilic manner will not be tolerated and will result in an infraction or ban. Posts deemed inappropriate by staff may be deleted without notice.

5. All posts must be written in the English language or they will be deleted. Continue to post in other languages and warnings/ infractions will result.

6. No posting of another member’s personal information without their consent. This includes, but is not limited to; real names, email addresses, phone numbers, PMs (chat & forum), IM conversations, IM screen names and home/work addresses. This also includes privately shared photos. **If the member doesn't have the said information / image publicly posted anywhere, it is then considered private.**

7. No flaming, hate or racism in user profiles. This includes avatars, signatures, user names, visitor messages, public messages and all of the information contained on a member’s profile page.

8. Personal threats are not allowed against other members or any children they may have.
-Example: "I'm going to kick your ass/slit your throat, etc."

9. Create threads in the proper sections. Those who continuously make threads in the wrong sections will be subject to infractions.

10. Links to warez, downloadable copyrighted material, and software "cracks" are not permitted. Attachments containing such materials are likewise forbidden. Making requests for such material is also prohibited.

11. Signatures are permitted, as long as they follow these guidelines:
a) If you choose to use text and an image, you may use 1 line of text and 1 image. Text only signatures must be 6 lines or less in total length at a screen resolution of 1024x768 using size 3 font or smaller. This includes spaces as well as text. Signature images are to be hosted off site and be no larger than 300x100.
b) No flaming, hate or racism.
c) English only.

12. Custom User Titles used to flame other members, worded to insinuate you are banned from the site or part of the UR staff when you are not, etc. will result in a minimum 24 hour ban.

13. Do not intentionally derail threads. Keep your posts on topic. Members who repeatedly make off topic posts can expect an infraction.

14. Flaming, racist and hate posts are not permitted. Disparaging remarks, slurs or slang terms with regards to anyone's race, color, creed, religious observance or sexual orientation are prohibited. 'THE FROTTAGE COTTAGE' SECTION, OF COURSE IS EXEMPT FROM THIS RULE. IN 'THE COMEDY CLUB' slurs or slang terms with regards to anyone's race, color, creed, religious observance or sexual orientation are allowed.
-Flaming-
Messages meant to incite a response through the use of insults, profanity, derogatory comments, etc.

15. Secondary accounts are not allowed.

Warnings & Bannings
This works on a points system as follows:

• When a post is found/reported that is against the rules you will receive a PM from a member of the UR staff and an infraction will appear on your User CP. It will detail what rule you broke, how long it will stay with you and if you received a point for the offense.
• If you receive five (5) points you will receive a ban (of no less than 7 days).
• Once you have served your ban for the five (5) point rule you will return to four (4) points. However, any further points will result in a further ban.
• If the UR staff feels you have warranted a permanent ban due to your conduct, the five (5) point system will be revoked and the ban will be enforced.

Due to this new standard all warnings received prior to December 16th will be dismissed and any posts before this new system will be immune from points. However, from this point on, the new system will be in place and rigorously enforced.

The new warning system is in effect as of December 16th 2006.
