Okay, so i just made this sandwich. and i have decided it's too good to keep to myself.

toast, buttered
2 eggs, nuked and scrambled together
cheese
ham

so, the idea is that you put one slice of ham on each side of buttered bread. put the cheese on one side and eggs on top of that. sandwich it, and YUM!

I prefer egg in the basket myself. My grandmother cooked them when I visited her as a young lad, and she called them "toad in a hole" (which actually turns out to be a different British dish).

It's important to add just enough butter to the pan while cooking to make it mouth-watering, but not too much. I sprinkle salt and a liberal amount of pepper on mine.

Yesterday I made an egg sandwich with:

English muffin
Eggs
Cheese
Bacon
and mayo.

It was awesome, damn near orgasmic.
