Get a cast iron pan and leave in on high for 20 min then make blackened chicken.

You cound do it with steak too. A restaurant I worked at made blackend filet mignon.

I've had blackened chicken and, the way it was prepeared, it was excellent. I tried to make it at home once and burnt the shit out of it. Maybe I'll try again.

yeah, the blackened actually refers to the seasoning rather than frying the shit out of it...........i think...?

there were some vegans protesting a nearby KFC so I made signs protesting the protesters and picketed across the street from them. i wish i had a camera because it got violent

that happened when i tried selling burgers and hot dogs at a PETA rally a few years ago
