In reality, I don't hate or resent the female gender. I hate and resent the outdated romantic and sexual inequalities suffered by the male gender in heterosexual relationships (notice it's mostly males who are insulted by accusations of not getting laid), which most people are loath to admit exist, or else simply accept as the natural order of things.

"This" is one of my occasional tangents which most people label as my hatred of women.

Saying "I just turned down a guy who looks like a famous person/99% of the population doesn't have a chance" set me off, reminding me that women are the pickier gender, which, as a man, I find highly annoying for various reasons that probably aren't worth getting into here.
