Is there a difference between Child Porn and Child Art?

I surf the net and am a big fan of pedo bear and brian Peppers but I have never wanked to pics of little kids.

I was wondering though because we hear of people in the past like peewee herman and michael jackson having nude pics of kids but the goverment says its art and not porn. I thought any naked pictures of kids was considered child porn except maybe baby pictures moms take of their babies in a bath or what not...

Whats the big differences between art and porn.. Nude kid is a nude kid..

From Wikipedia, and recent news stories that describe recent laws to that effect: "Under federal law, child pornography is defined as visual depiction of minors (i.e. under 18) engaged in a sex act such as intercourse, oral sex, or masturbation as well as the lascivious depictions of the genitals."

From wiktionary.org

child porn

pornographic material depicting minors; images of naked children.

************************************************** ******

Nothing found for "child art" expect art that children make. The closest I found was this from wikipedia.org

Child erotica refers to any non-nude or semi-nude photographs and videos of teens or preteens, usually girls, in sexually suggestive poses, mostly distributed over the internet and presented in a fashion similar to non-erotic child modeling. Erotic child modeling websites feature children modeling variety of clothing types, including dresses, bikinis, nightgowns, or undergarments. Child erotica may include in addition to images other materials that may cause sexual arousal in pedophiles, such as children's diaries, drawings, underwear, letters, and other similar items. Law enforcement investigators have found that child erotica is often collected by pedophiles and child sexual abuse offenders. It considered by some legal systems to be a form of child pornography.

************************************************** *******

So, in answer to your question, I, personally, do not believe there is any difference. I feel very strongly about this subject. I think any person who harms a child in ANY way should be locked up for life. Actually, I would want something worse to happen to them but I will not say that on here.

hmm So if I looked at a picture of a nude 16 year old chick, being over 18 than thats ok but if she is doing sex stuff than its considered child porn..

Just wondering cause I girls and have seen some hot 16 year old girls where I work.. Now granted I'm in my late 20s and all, just wondering what was considered child porn and what was not...

So thanks, I might try to get some of them to do artistic pictures!!!

I'm not saying I sleep with 16 year old girls but you gotta admit some of them look a little older, have nice firm tits and great tan legs etc etc.

I personaly think its quite different looking than actualy going after them. I don't go below what ever the legal age is which in the US its 18.

I don't hump anything younger than that although I look at 16 and 17 year old girls and personaly see nothing wrong about it, as far as artistic pictures I don't see anything wrong with that.

As long as its art. Anything younger than 16 is not good for any reason, art or otherwise.

That sounds so very wrong.

Well let me put it to you in another way.

having sex with a girl younger than 16 or taking naked pictures is very bad. I also feel that any type of naked pictures of kids younger than 16 is wrong aside from normal pics moms take of babies etc.

I'm confused. Your original post's last sentence was "nude kid is a nude kid". It may be just me but I don't consider someone 16 a "kid". Still illegal. I guess when I hear "kid" I am thinking 12 or under. That's really sick and illegal too.

As I said before any monster that hurts/abuses a child should be locked up or worse.

themiker, I would try to stay away of the ones including nude kids and fruits & vegetable ones as a form of art.

I understand your question, as there is a huge group of people worldwide who enjoys nude kids in pictures as a form of art.

I think they're called artistic pedophiles.
