Seeing all the "Where's the story to this or those pictures" posts, asking for "the story" of an incident, this is really informative, official and still gory enough. Can't count the deads in here.
This pdf has it all! Thanks a lot for sharing. /edit: Just found a TOTALLY weird thing. This atlas is copyrighted 2000, but I'd never imagined that even in those days they removed the fingertips skin, stuck it on a gloved hand and took fingerprints with it!
