I saw the video in this and it was only 1 of 5 hostage situation that ended with a police sniper showing why he is a police sniper. It was on one of those amazing video shows. In one of them the guys hat and the top of his head land in the street as he is blown back through a doorway!
Go on "you-tube", it should be there!
