if you compare the cut part of the nose that is laid on the side to the nose of the guy in the picture it looks similar
probably it is

These images are supposedly that of murder victim Tim McLean.
The incident took place near Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, during a trip from Edmonton to McLean's hometown of Winnipeg.

I love the controversy and debate that always swirls around this group of pictures.
God knows where they're from but they are always tagged and associated with the boys murder in the wiki link.

IDK on the wiki page they said they never found his eyes and in that pic there are eyeballs. The whites of the eyes are gone..so it does not clear it up really...

I still say it is him..looks very similar.
