Ive used butter with herbs, onions, and garlic. But never milk. Do you completely wrap it? How much milk?

Lingcod weigh between 10 to 60 pounds. Are your ling that big?

Brush with oil, wrap in tin foil and bang it in the oven, best fish ever.

I am a fish and chips afficienado (spelling?). So any suggestions other then that would be appreciated.
I have always loved wrapping the fillet in foil along with butter, salt and pepper and cooking it in the oven. In face, I am getting hungry just thinking about it.

Yes just a little milk to "poach it" and yes, the biggest I have caught though is about 25 lbs and that was big. They are a different species I think but must be related.
