Got this on dvd, but haven't watched it yet.
Fuck, I was sure I saw my boy Henry Rollins at about 1:00, then saw Black Flag pop up in the opening credits, so I'm not crazy after all. It says it was filmed in LA, but it looks like NY punk footage to me.

Lee Ving is the man in this movie. Funny as hell. He was an actor too. Ever see Streets of Fire? He was Willem DeFoe's character's right-hand man. Don't know what else he was in.
The film finished filming in May '80, and that guy on the cover there, Darby Crash, lead singer of the band The Germs, committed suicide on Dec. 7, 1980. It got little notice outside the LA area because John Lennon was shot the next day.
