Holy shit.

I took the liberty of constructing a size comparison chart for this. The man is just shy of six feet/1.8 meters tall (90 pixels tall), while the shark is a smidgen above 20 feet/6 meters wide (300 pixels wide).

EDIT: Picture and measurements edited for more accuracy and precision.

Wow, that's pretty sick.
I know from experience that when a big fish is caught and being reeled in they are prime targets.
Once another predator picks up on that distress vibe, it's On.

I th9ought it looked fake, but that's just cuz of the way the water is rushing out of the shark. It makes it look like somebody just photoshopped a wave over a shark's body to make it appear like the shark had a chunk missing. But the more I looked at it the more sense it made. I suppose the water is going through the shark's jaws and right through the gaping hole, or it's going straight through the body of the beast?

I read that they think it was a killer whale that took a bite out of it,because of the clean bite size mark that it left.

White sharks rip and tear when they bite.
