in short there are people trying to help one another and others too stupid to grasp a clue.

PPM returns and the pages are slower loading and the Google Alert is still showing up if you turn the alert setting back on in firefox.............

nothing is fixed until ppm kills the advertising that is producing the warnings. Instead he is steering the Ad's into different markets by IP selection

IMHO this is a worthy topic that needs to be resolved 100%, shutting off alert settings in a browser is not a solution it is a workaround.

Curdled_Pus, a lot of people don't take basic stuff as serious as they should. You went out of your way to explain things to people and make recommendations based on knowledge. The lack of response to this from 'others' is appalling.

Let's be honest and say having Google throw a block on a page loading based on default firefox settings should throw a red flag of caution to visitors and a bigger one to the owner of said site. Instead a placebo is passed around by a inept site member telling everyone "it's fixed" when all along it is NOT fixed.
