It's just a simple pale ale with some added honey, it's from the Mr. Beer brewer.

Yeah I can understand that, but I don't eat much... a couple of Hacker Pschorrs usually take the place of one, if not two, of my meals. haha. I'm on unemployment until the lakes unfreeze, so I can hobby it up all day.

What kind of beer? Obviously some type of ale. Be careful. Nothing packs fat on you like beer.

I make jerky from scraps and front shanks. The leg portions become roasts and hams. Then there is the backstrap and tenderloins,(the best parts). I soak the brisket,(front neck portion) in water with bay leaves, rock salt, and peppercorns,(corned brisket).

Deer ribs suck. They are to be ground up for burger or sausage. Nothing else.

You know how to make jerky? Its easy.

Deer hunting around here is dangerous, and it's not really hunting in my opinion. I would like to go up north and bag a couple to make venison jerky. Is that what you do with yours?
