This is labelled as Princess Ellis theme on the OSV, but this music is actually an arrangement of Mitula's theme as found in the game.

I was gonna put BioShock in here, but I don't really care for the "actual" main theme.
I do like the Welcome to Rapture song, though, which is pretty close to being part of the main theme. And this from Fallout 2, though it isn't a main theme either.
