The Voice-For NPR Fans (National Public Radio) Announcer is NOT Who you would Imagine
Real guy or not?? If he's lip syncing then he's good.
What is your opinion? You may want to fast forward 3/4 to the end then start from there but not any farther

Ok, so I like some of the programs on NPR & wonder if he's syncing or not.
