2x a day and floss and use act. i brush with colgate. oral hygene is as important as eating! you break a bone it heals. clip a nail ot grows. cut hair it grows. loose a tooth,and thats it,no more. wont grow back!

colgate you say? what type specifically? how would you rate the product on a scale from 1 to 10, 1 being horrible and 10 being really good... ?
would you use colgate again tomorrow?

I use Tom's, and I brush less than I should. Yet I have perfectly groovy teeth, no cavaties at age 33. SUCKAS!!!
