It's the latest cRPG offering from BioWare, a legendary developer on par with Valve, Blizzard, and the late, great Black Isle Studios.

Reviews are very positive, most in the 90%+ range, and reliable independent sources indicate that Dragon Age is indeed a worthy successor to the Baldur's Gate series. Given BioWare's track record and the fact that they developed Baldur's Gate, I expect Dragon Age to be a worthier successor to Baldur's Gate than Fallout 3 was to the original games. There's irony in this, since Dragon Age is technically a new franchise altogether.

Unfortunately for us all, BioWare is now owned by Electronic Arts, which was an excellent publisher back in the 1980s and 1990s but, as we all know, is now a big evil sack of steaming rancid cat shit.

Thanks to EA, the ad campaign for Dragon Age was ridiculous: Heavy metal music, hack-and-slash visuals, deep-voiced announcer guy spouting frat boy nonsense... basically the opposite of what real cRPG fans want to see.

Fortunately, the ad campaign has nothing to do with Dragon Age itself. I only hope EA's trend of fucking up anything it touches doesn't eventually ruin BioWare, even if Dragon Age came out unscathed.

Great site for people who want to watch point and click games finished by other people. I just can't be bothered going through a guide on how to finish one. I just enjoy the story lines. It's doesn't just have point and click games tho, it's all genders of games.

I've already watched; Discworld,Discworld 2: Missing Presumed... !?!, The Secret of Monkey Island, Space Quest 6: The Spinal Frontier (My copy from years ago crashed half way through the game, so I really enjoyed this one). Full Throttle, I Have No Mouth, And I Must Scream.
