In Venezuela. Most likely a robber, shot by police. You can see them right there and they don't even bother to assist the guy in any way. The best prisoner is a dead prisoner, the best witness is a dead witness... quick way to clean the streets... saves taxpayers money.

Depending on what they've done I'd agree with that, one less prison space wasted and one less scumbag to worry about.

I'm amazed all them people stood around and not one of them, not even the police tried to help him or stop the bleeding.

....in that part of the world, they have no sympathy for violent criminals...and so it should be...you make your bed and lie in it..or road in this case.....
