ISTANBUL - A taxi driver hit two young boys playing in the street and drove away.
The kids suffered slight injuries.

...actually, looks like he tried to avoid the adult who stepped onto the street without looking... swerves, hits kids and hauls ass.... either it was a bad neighborhood or he didnt have insurance.
