He could've survived that. If you look closely to when it appears the tire first runs over him, it doesn't. The tire hits his head and he bounces off of it. (which would still suck ass, though not as bad as the alternative)
His arm was probably crushed but he somehow moved to the inside of the truck's wheels just as it was passing over him. |
