I think it's safe to say that this video is the new champion of disturbing raw gore footage on the Internet.

It's been years since I've seen a video that I actually had to pause partway and come back to a few minutes later, not due to any physical nausea, but because it's too intense to take all in one sitting.

They're different languages with many similarities, like Polish.

But they are speaking Russian in the video.

The primary language of the USSR was Russian so many of the satellite nations still speak it in masses, it's not uncommon.

I'm 20 now. I live in England just year, before that I was born and lived in the Russian Federation. I understand that it's not uncommon. I don't protect Russian, i just lived in Russian Federation about 19 years and I can safely say that people on video - Ukrainians. A dialect, habits, appearance, car desk. All specify on their origin. Of course, i was in Kiev and can distinguish people.
And as Russian i can understand Ukranian but can't Polish.
