I don't care for pedophiles, but the reporter is REALLY trying to sensationalize this.

The 16 year old would be LEGAL in many states. And unless it was a slightly retarded 16 year old that kid knew what he was doing. I wonder if he was doing it for money and toys and talked his younger brother into joining in.

Now the 13 year old is another matter, but even then many states consider pedophilia to be under 12 or 13 (otherwise it is statutory rape).

Keep in mind this story was done by A Current Affair, a sensationalist current affairs show that tries to pass itself off as news. Obtains its 'stories' by any means, often making parts up, harrassing people and using creative editing. Zero credibility.

Having said that they did actually have a story this time, what a sick fucker.
