Any back story? Gangland hit? Presumably he wasn't shot by cops, otherwise the area would have been sealed off.
It ain't nice seeing someone dying in the gutter, but its difficult not to gawp. Hes clearly beyond medical help so there ain't a lot those people could do for him. Poor guy.
