that kid's probably as ugly inside the head as out. all the plastic surgery in the world won't change its future prospects one bit. unless it's prepared to grow legs and model for a living or at a push, front Girls Aloud for a bit.

It's so strange to hear his normal sounding cries while looking at that face.

Probably has many internal defects, as well. Hopefully, he didn't live long.

I know I'm as ghoulish as anybody else out here, but the sight of that kid is truly heartbreaking. I would'nt wish that sort of suffering on innocent child...with a cleft palate and what also looks to be Cloverleaf skull, the likelihood of this baby having any meaningful quality of life is about nil.

natural selection should kill it as things like that dont live for a reason. Of course the will try and save it for millions of dollars for a life that doesnt exist
