I remember a few years back some old guy plowed into a huge crowd of people at a Farmer's Market in Santa Monica, I think.
I disagree, I know plenty of people who are in their 60's who drive great. IMO, people who are showing signs of mental or reflex degeneration should not be allowed to drive.

......just make them take the whole test again (eye, written and driving) when they turn 65 and every 5 years..... that way they can catch any setting senility......problem solved !!
