Some years ago, before the ‘Internet’ and ‘DVD’ a VHS Video by the name of ‘Executions’ was released. It claimed to be educational. A friend of mine got hold of an original (some months after it was banned). 98% of ‘Executions’ contains words, pictures, commentary about the death penalty through ages (really dull, boring stuff). Then at the end of the video, there’s the clip of some guy being shot dead (the same clip in this thread ‘Execution in Lebanon-shot to shit‘). It represented the 1st footage I got to witness of someone being shot dead. The footage in ‘Executions’ goes on for longer, and the VHS picture quality very clear. The image of the poor guys teeth poking out stuck with me for weeks afterwards. There was a message after the clip, to the effect of (if I can remember correctly) the shot guy continued to breath for at least another 10 minutes, after the clip ended.
