....Dogs fall into 3 major categories:

1: Pets. This is your generic Chihuahua, Golden Retrievers, and all the small noisemakers that are all bark and no bite.

2: Guard Dogs: This includes: German Shepards, Akitas, Mastiffs, etc

3: Attack dogs: The ultimate "dont fuck with the system" canines; e.g Well trained German Shepards, Pitt Bulls, Bulldogs, Doberman Pinchers.. etc

This canine in the vid was a guard and an attack dog. Rule of law, if you feel threatened, you don't wait to be cornered, you charge and neutralize the threat. Too bad his perceived enemies were armed to the teeth.

I understand the dog was a threat and needed to be contained. Could it have been tazed or anything besides receiving bullets to the flesh? Yeah.

Did it also need a sledgehammer to it's skull? No.
