Are they that stupid? They see he is choking, don't stop to try and do something about it they just pick him up and start running about? If someone is choking, your best bet is to try and do something to help them straight away. Not this.

That's understandable. But my immediate reaction would be to help the kid myself, or try to. I don't see the chances of running around and actually finding someone helpful very high. But.. whatever.
