I wish I knew. I'll do some digging though. SB seems to have a knack for finding these things. They teach whole classes on how to Google. It can be a science.
It would help immensely if I knew what kind of a press that is. It looks like it may have a cloth on it & maybe a pressing machine. It reminds me when I was 12-13 my mom had a "mangler" which is a large roller to iron clothes. I used to love ironing things with it. If you have ever used one you know where the term "mangler" came from. It's dangerous.

A WORKER died after becoming trapped in machinery at a steel products factory which supplies car parts to Porsche and BMW.

An investigation has been launched after the 52-year-old was killed in an accident at the Thyssenkrupp Tallent factory in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, on Wednesday afternoon.

The Journal understands, the man was crushed in a machine.

The employee, who is from Newton Aycliffe, has not yet been named. But his relatives have been informed.

Emergency services were called to the factory, on the Aycliffe Industrial Park, at around 5.20pm, following the accident, in the press shop.

Paramedics found the employee trapped in machinery, but he was still breathing and conscious at the time and firefighters worked to free him.

Ambulance crews attempted to stabilise and resuscitate the patient until 6pm. But he died at the scene. A spokeswoman for the North East Ambulance Service explained: “We received a call at 5.23pm reporting that somebody was trapped in a machine at a pressing plant. We were on the scene within a couple of minutes. The patient was breathing and conscious when we arrived although he was fighting for breath.

“But he passed away at the scene and his body was taken to Darlington mortuary.”

Nope. First off, there's no visible gore. Yes, he dies, but it's no worse than a CCTV video of a hit and run somewhere in Asia. Now if it was closer, and we were able to see his head get squashed like a melon, then most definitely. But this is nowhere near as good as Chechclear, the Budd Dwyer Suicide, or the Dnepropetrovsk Maniacs.
