I have seen so many of these types of posts but every one get worse, what I can not understand if why the hell people leave it so late to get them treated, is it a competition of who can get the worst infection.

Ok some are in poor countries and can not get the medical treatment but I am sure most of them could

Yeah. There's been natural cures/remedy's etc passed down for years. You'd think something could be done if in a third world world country.
