Why should he show emotion? Did the rapist/kidnappers show emotion when they sexually assaulted and ruined the lady's life?

We might be able to say a murderer deserves to be murdered(that is executed), but the fact is we will never know for sure who is really guilty only who might be guilty and who are likely to be guilty, with that in mind as long as there is any kind of chance the person being executed is innocent then they should not be executed. I'm thinking it's possible they didn't have the strongest possible evidence in convicting these two, in less developed countries they tend to rush their legal system (that is a corrupt joke of a system already) for horrendous crimes like the rape and murder of a woman, thus letting the real perpetrator walk free and innocents face the penalty. People on death row have been proved innocent, it's pretty likely that here in the US we've executed innocent people. But we still go on doing it, even though life sentences are well within our capabilities we go on doing something that really has no purpose other than to satisfy the blood lust of ignoramuses."
