I believe I've seen this before, not here though. I think it was the aftermath of a suicide bomber in Israel.

An 8 min vid that took nearly 20 minutes to buffer, why are ync vids so fucking slow?!

It was worth the wait though that was an epic pile up, thanks again mort!
