My girlfriend is vietnamese, but couldnt pick up on much dialogue, apart from some woman praying to jesus.

I asked her why no one helps people like that, she said thats unfortunately normal there, whereas if an ambulance comes it takes a long time due to traffic, and people tend to stand around instead of helping for some reason, seems crazy to western people.
