hmmm, looks too messy, even homeless people that arent upto date with the latest brushing instructions are as messy as this, maybe a suicide atempt? massive blow to the face?, Although I do feel like this when i get a sinus infection.

Actually I don't think that's a young boy. He has facial hair, maybe mid teens but I def seen facial hair.
And this is pretty sick. I say just stick him in any fishtank, he looks like one of those sucker fish.
