Boris Vallejo 1978 Tarzan Calendar
I was hoping somebody could help me with this. In an estate sale, I got a Boris Vallejo 1978 Tarzan Calendar. I don't really know much about this stuff. When I came across a website that was selling it for $5500, and on a completed ebay listing for $26000, I fell of my chair. Here are the links.

Like I said, I really don't know much about this, that's why I was really stunned to see a calendar is worth so much. I've attached pictures of the calendar that I got. If it's really worth this much, I would love to sell it on eBay. I'm just not sure what to expect. Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Carl |

I always loved Vallejo artwork since I was a kid, reading comics and Conan books etc. but I don't think anything less than original oil on canvas by him would fetch anything like those prices. The calender you've shown is far from mint, so although you are obviously an amateur dealer and are just spamming this site, fair play for posting the pics. They're appreciated.
Nobody could say he isn't a great artist.

Thanks for letting me know. I'm not sure why I am "spamming" the site. I had no idea what to expect for it. I got this at an estate sale and I had no idea what it was worth. Couldn't find anything on it online. Those 2 links were the closest I could find, so I figured I'd ask people who would know more about this stuff than me.
So excuse me for "spamming". I didn't realize you had to be a freaking expert on the subject before you could start posting on this site. By all means pull this thread down. I don't want to be known as a "spammer". |

Dont worry about it dude, People are nice and will help you im sure but others do wish for the site to be left as a flaming type place....but yeah we can be nice too =) sorry i cant help, im not intelligent in that shit....or much at all XD
